▶ SUBJECT / OBJECTIVE:

"PEXU" (Paranormal Extinction Unit).

▶ OVERVIEW:

The "Paranormal Extermination Unit" ("PEXU") is an element within Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), that is comprised of NATO allied nations and other international partner nations. The mission statement of the unit is: "To combat a severe and consistent rise in threats that supersede the esoteric nature of the UAP program, and have provided enough means and jeopardy to endanger the world structure to necessitate a formal and lethal coalition. The enemies of PEXU are paranormal in nature, and the method of dealing with them is extermination".

The founding "big four" of PEXU were that of the United States, France, Poland, The United Kingdom, immediate assisting partners include; Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Japan, South Korea, The Philippines, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Morocco, South Africa, Iraq, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Nigeria, Belgium, Switzerland, Kenya, Georgia, Albania Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Greenland, Canada, Bolivia, Panama, Costa Rica, India, Ireland, Iceland, and others smaller partners. These nations are broken up into smaller regional commands, that will be annotated (see Details/Highlights). These regional commands are structured to work similar to the regional commands such as CENTCOM, AFRICOM, EUROCOM, INDOPACOM. Currently status of former "working" relationships with Russia, China, to be assessed as of right now, however lack of receptive communication makes these current dead ends. The purpose of PEXU is to RESTORE the state of the world and safety to the human population, by REMOVING the threat of "PARAFOR" (Paranormal Forces) that have currently spiked within the last 20 years, along with insurgency, occult, and fringe groups that have risen to assist and fuel this crisis through acts of terror and violence. The Modus Operandi of PEXU is "EXTERMINATION" and the lethal removal and destruction of any and all enemies, totally and utterly. Any deviations have been voted against by PEXU HIGHCOM due to the "dark center" (see Observed Phenomena).

ALL materials on PEXU are to be compartmentalized to the absolute, any and all information on the organization is to be removed and scrubbed. ALL PEXU funding is sourced from unofficial black funds requisitioned by the joint chiefs and military administrations of all member nations, pooled together.

Acting head of this organization is GENERAL "HAMMER" PORTER, JACKSON, supported by representatives from France in ███████, Xavier, along with Poland, and the United Kingdom. A lack of direct political oversight has been given to this organization, in part to prevent detected "NEW ADVENT" interference from inhibiting operations.

– PEXU estimated joint operational time is projected at around 1885 for a start of the "modern" era. Within the last 40 years, joint operations have been carried out in a unified but uncategorized number.

▶ ASSOCIATIONS:

–The necessitation for a lack of CONTAINMENT derives from the "Dark Center" theory, in which it is believed rampant and unguided 20th century programs and initiatives led to a corruption of morality within different organizations. It is believed such an infiltration led to the National Reconnaissance Center becoming compromised, and has led to deep compartmentalization. See event file [PEXU-91892]

▶ OBSERVED PHENOMENA / NOTES:

– Intelligence organizations have observed a reoccurring theme of infiltration on a cybersecurity level, the result of which being that at least 5 "peer" nation CYSEC, EW, and CW organizations and groups have been listed as compromised. As of right now, PEXU HIGHCOM does not believe an identification of PEXU in name stands, however PARAFOR and assisting associates are "aware of an organization that fits our M.O.".
