10JAN2025 Update

Hey guys, It's ForestHasEyes. So I hope you enjoyed "An Occult Hunter's Deathlog..." Volume 1, I'll be honest, I genuinely did not know how I was gonna pull off a sequel series to "I'm a Security Guard" when I began to write the anthology but here we are. Yes, Part 7 is the finale, yes, there will be a Volume 2, however as we do we will pick up later. So, where do we go from here? Well for starters I've got some more stories lined up as we carry on story. If you've been hankering for military horror featuring The US Navy Seals, 22nd British SAS, Marine Raiders, then stick around. Likewise, if you're a fan of some of the characters that appeared in the Deathlog then I'll let you know Marshal John Blackburn is also having an entry about him written. In other news, after a hefty amount of requests over the years... I'm finally going forward with writing a book. As of right now I'm literally in the early stages of piecing things together, but here's what I can tell you: It will be focused on the story of PEXU, the cult, Nolan, and everyone in between featuring all the units and stories you know so far, plus some others. There will be book specific tales that will be covered, however I will continue to post on the site and Reddit. The grass roots nature of me posting stories for fun is how I started this, and I will continue to do so. The main difference will be, the book will contained much more elaborated and expanded versions without any limits, downtime segments for the operators, more Strategic Command of PEXU similar to the Jack Ryan/Tom Clancy series of books. I've got a large list of foes, special operations units, and characters already slated. That being said, as previous, the story will continue to be posted... Deathlog Vol 2? Yes. The Future of Nolan, PEXU, 4th Special Forces group? Yes. With the book(s), you get more plot points, and maybe even some... different changes. Like I said, this is a far future thing, but don't worry you're still getting your fix. Likewise I wanna thank ScaryJuJu and Operation: Insomnia on youtube for covering the Deathlog, along with ALL the people who have narrated. None of anything I do would be possible without everyone who's read and enjoyed it. Apart from that, should you be curious/have suggestions/need anything, I'm one DM or email away. Stay safe, happy 2025.
